LIVE ITConnect to what grounds us — our values, the land, and each other

This year, we invite you to step outside with intention. When people connect with the land, our product, and themselves, they walk away feeling the value of LIVE IT. Be purposeful, take a moment to explore the available experiences and choose the one that truly inspires you. If you’d like to go with your team, be sure to coordinate before registering — space is limited.

TRAIL

Step onto the trail and into the terrain. Our trail activities — hiking, mountain biking and trail running — offer intermediate and advanced options to match your comfort level, while still giving you a satisfying challenge.

Whether you’re trekking uphill or riding singletrack, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, and an immersive forest surroundings.

Intermediate Hike (Black Mountain Loop - Cypress)

A North Shore favourite for a reason. This 5.3 km loop starts with a steady climb and rewards you with sweeping views of Howe Sound, Vancouver, and the Lions. The trail leads to Cabin Lake—perfect for a refreshing break. Expect a moderate challenge and scenic payoffs.

Advanced Hike (St. Mark Summit - Cypress)

This 10 km out-and-back hike along the Howe Sound Crest Trail is for those seeking a longer, more rugged route. Climb through varied terrain to reach panoramic views over Howe Sound. A rewarding choice for confident hikers ready for 4+ hours on the trail.

Advanced Trail Run (Mt Seymour Third Peak)

This run blends flowy sections, steep climbs, and a bit of scrambling near the summit. The pace will push you; the views will ground you. Great for experienced runners looking for a high-output day in the alpine. LD4’s or Vertex shoes are recommended, don’t forget your water and a sense of adventure.

Beginner Mountain Biking (Grouse Mountain)

Grouse Mountain is opening its mountain bike park this summer, and you’re invited to be part of the ride! Whether you are brand new to downhill or just getting comfortable on the trails, this day is all about learning the basics and building confidence. You’ll be riding with experienced guides who will walk you through everything from body position to braking. All gear and bikes are provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along.

Advanced Mountain Biking (Squamish)

For the seasoned riders looking to send it—this one’s for you. Join us in Squamish for a day of high-speed descents, technical lines, and iconic singletrack through the Coast Mountains. This isn’t your first ride, and we’re skipping the basics to focus on flow, features, and big fun. Experienced guides will be leading the charge, showing you the best of the local trail network and keeping the stoke high. Bring your own bike and gear.

WATER

Choose your pace, find your flow. Whether you’re craving stillness or a surge of adrenaline, these water-based options offer different ways to connect—with nature, with others, and with yourself.

Choose Your Own Adventure at Deep Cove

Looking for a more laid-back way to Live It? Spend the day in scenic Deep Cove. Paddle the calm coastline by kayak, join a dragon boat crew, or opt for a relaxed hike to Quarry Rock. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure kind of day—great for movement, fresh air, and time with teammates.

Takaya Tours Canoe Journey

Led by Indigenous guides from the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, this canoe experience is about more than paddling—it’s a meaningful way to connect with the land and water through story, history, and cultural knowledge. A reflective and respectful experience on the territory we gather on.

Whitewater Rafting – Squamish

Expect an unforgettable ride through deep canyon walls and glacial fed waters. This is one of the more intense activities in the lineup—perfect for those looking for a challenge.

North Shore Search & Rescue – Live Scenario

Join real Search and Rescue (SAR) technicians for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on mountain safety experience. You’ll hike through North Shore terrain and take part in a simulated rescue scenario, gaining insight into what it takes to respond to emergencies in the backcountry. Along the way, you’ll learn practical skills to help you stay safe in the outdoors, support others in need, and better understand the work of one of our most valued local partners.

Perfect for those who want to combine adventure with learning — and come away with real-world knowledge that could make a difference.

Wilderness First Aid Basics (Non-Certified)
